How recipients opt in
- 01Enterprise user is invitedA customer administrator may invite a field technician or operations staff member to Motherboard Labs, but cannot consent to SMS on that user's behalf.
- 02Recipient activates accountThe invited user opens the authenticated activation flow, enters their own mobile number, and reviews the SMS disclosure at the point of collection.
- 03Recipient checks the boxThe opt-in checkbox starts unchecked and must be selected by the recipient before SMS consent is recorded.
- 04Operational SMS may be sentAfter consent is captured, Motherboard Labs may send messages related to work orders, equipment diagnostics, service support, and account notifications.
