Consent workflow

How recipients opt in

  1. 01Enterprise user is invitedA customer administrator may invite a field technician or operations staff member to Motherboard Labs, but cannot consent to SMS on that user's behalf.
  2. 02Recipient activates accountThe invited user opens the authenticated activation flow, enters their own mobile number, and reviews the SMS disclosure at the point of collection.
  3. 03Recipient checks the boxThe opt-in checkbox starts unchecked and must be selected by the recipient before SMS consent is recorded.
  4. 04Operational SMS may be sentAfter consent is captured, Motherboard Labs may send messages related to work orders, equipment diagnostics, service support, and account notifications.
