Motherboard demo:
from symptom to fix.
Book a Live DemoWhat the demo shows
This walkthrough shows the Motherboard copilot assisting a field service technician through the diagnostic workflow. The technician starts with equipment context from the job site, then uses Motherboard to retrieve relevant service knowledge, narrow the issue, document the fix, and turn the troubleshooting session into operational notes.
Motherboard is designed for HVAC and field service teams that need equipment-specific context from manuals, wiring diagrams, error codes, SOPs, and prior job history while technicians are still in the field. The goal is to keep the technician focused on safe diagnosis and make reporting a byproduct of the work.
The demo should be read as a product workflow preview: retrieve the right knowledge, guide the diagnostic session, preserve technician judgment, and turn the result into reusable operating memory.
Demo chapters
- 1. Identify equipment: start from symptoms, job context, or a nameplate instead of searching through scattered documentation.
- 2. Retrieve service knowledge: pull in the relevant manuals, wiring diagrams, SOPs, asset history, and prior technician notes.
- 3. Guide diagnostics: work through structured checks while preserving technician judgment and safety-critical escalation.
- 4. Capture the fix: record what was checked, what was ruled out, and what solved the issue.
- 5. Generate notes: create handoffs, job summaries, and field reports from the same diagnostic session.
